YOUR WALGREENS HAS FINALLY MOVED!!! And we are the most preferred-neighborhood community pharmacy. In addition to our traditional services, your Walgreens also offers services that not all Walgreens or many other pharmacies offer. Services like medication compounding, Immunizations, and HIV patient services. Oh and yes, we finally have the drive-thru that so many of you have been asking for. We have made many changes to your Walgreens that has really helped leverage our services. Thanks to all of you we are the #1 most improved Flu immunization Walgreens store in Houston for 2011. We hear many of the things you have been saying in regards to our new store, and the word on the street is true. Your Walgreens is smaller, but we stand taller in our communities, we offer most of the same selection that other stores carry, and we are always finding ways to improve service levels and product selection. We are very excited to welcome our new pharmacy manager Melinda to our team. On the night of the event, you can come by our booth on 19th street from 6pm-9pm to meet and welcome her to the Heights as she conducts blood pressure and cholesterol tests. She will also be raffling off a $25 gift card every hour to anyone who gets a test during that time. We will be having a kids photo contest. We will provide the first 25 kids that come to our booth with a camera, they take pictures that best captures the spirit of White Linen Night in the Heights. We will develop it for free, display the best picture from each kid on a display in our store and you, our customers, will vote for a month on the one picture you like most. The kid that wins will get a $25 giftcard and a poster size version that will be displayed at the event next year. We will have plenty of give aways, and in-store specials on the day of the event.
